In addition, Mr. Noonan has effectively utilized his litigation experience in transactional work, such as drafting operating agreements or other contracts.

Mr. Noonan has served as a Connecticut State prosecutor and previously worked as an associate for a law firm specializing in insurance defense and general litigation.
Mr. Noonan is a Connecticut state contracted assigned counsel for the Connecticut appellate courts. He is also a state registered guardian ad litem and attorney for a minor child for cases involving children.

Mr. Noonan is a commissioner on the Fairfield Town Plan and Zoning Commission, and participates in the Family Volunteer Attorney Program and Foreclosure Volunteer Attorney Program in the Stamford/Norwalk Judicial District.

Mr. Noonan graduated from Boston College Law School in 2009 and received his bachelors of science from The University of Scranton in accounting and philosophy (double major). Mr. Noonan is admitted to practice in the states of Connecticut, New York, and Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Courts of Connecticut, and Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
